The campaign launches with a challenge to the world.
An Ajman institution puts a real commercial problem into the open. Thara calls on founders to answer it.
The strongest ideas move into the cohort, where founders get the chance to put their thinking to work.
The Gathering
The selected founders come to Ajman and begin working on the challenges.
Over ten weeks, Thara hosts a residency programme that brings founders together with the organisations, people and places connected to each problem.
The Yield
The work leaves the residency and enters the world.
We show what the founders built, what changed, and what happened next. The outcomes become the evidence Thara takes outward: through exhibitions, founder stories, partnerships and the people who can now speak to what the programme made possible.

It runs four-week live-in residencies in Ajman for people between jobs, careers or countries. With no exams and no lectures, they learn by working together on real challenges set by Ajman companies, building the skills machines can’t replace: creativity, collaboration, problem-solving and adaptability.
How could we move more goods with less friction?
WITH Lin XiaoyuTidal, software that connects ports, warehouses and delivery fleets, so goods move with less waiting.

Her world:
Movement and flow, with cranes, container yards, and her warm, book-filled apartment at night, where she sketches flows on paper before coding them.
What if more cities ran on sunshine?
WITH Ada AdeyemiSunfold, rooftop solar systems for businesses, which owners monitor and manage from their phones.

Ajman Municipality & Planning Department, EtihadWE, and industrial and commercial building owners.
Her world:
Light and heat, with rooftops at dawn, panels being bolted down, and a live energy readout climbing on her phone.
