The idea is Arabic before it is English. From the earth to Pleiades is a translation of this, not the other way round.

BILINGUAL
Neither language is a translation of the other.
من الثرا إلى الثريا
Native Arabic editorial and original English, both senior and both named in the team. Arabic is written, not translated. English reads as original copy, not as an export.
One brief, two languages, developed together. Meaning is adapted rather than mirrored. Terminology, legal names and entity descriptors are fixed in a shared glossary so they cannot drift between languages or between entities.
Arabic sets larger than Latin to carry equal optical weight. It is never scaled down to fit, it wraps. Stacked pairs put Arabic above. Columns put English left, Arabic right. Arabic is never capitalised or letter-spaced.
Every deliverable. Brand strategy and messaging, the architecture and naming manual, guidelines, six company profiles, six websites and their CMS, the launch film and its cutdowns, press materials, speeches, FAQs, the partner kit, social content and community management.
Arabic is not a stage at the end of the process. Anything that reaches an audience is built in both from the brief.
THE ECOSYSTEM AT WORK
Six entities. One brand. A job each, in every phase.

What never changes is what makes it Thara.
Mark, strata, type scale and voice are fixed. Entity, phase, language, copy and image are not.

MEASUREMENT
Measured on what happened, not on who saw it.
THE SIGNAL
Qualified applications from outside the UAE
Countries represented in the applicant pool
Attendance quality at the launch
Cost per qualified application
THE GATHERING
Admitted startups and where they came from
Partner participation across the ten weeks
Student and local founder participation
Completion rate on the founder films
THE YIELD
Pilots, contracts and partnerships agreed
Coverage that names Thara
Businesses still trading at twelve months
Applications to the next cohort
Share, not volume
Share of relevant Tier 1 titles, weighted by audience. Advertising value equivalency and clipping counts are benchmarking only, never the headline.
Did the message survive
Message inclusion in Tier 1 coverage, which the brief calls message comprehension.
Did it convert
Referral traffic from coverage into applications and qualified enquiries.
What we will not fake
Brand awareness is only credible through commissioned independent research. We will not estimate it.
The funnel is the client’s own, taken from the Global Founders Network sourcing definitions. Yield measures are the client’s approved PR direction. Signal and Gathering measures are ours to propose.
Thara must never become an ecosystem measured primarily by followers, impressions and publicity.
AUDIENCE ENTRY POINTS
Nobody arrives at an ecosystem. They arrive at one door.
Each audience enters through something specific, is served by a specific entity, and leaves with a tracked action. The websites are where that happens.
| ENTERS THROUGH | SERVED BY | LEAVES WITH | |
|---|---|---|---|
Founders and SMEs |
The three questions, the founder films, the Global Founders Network |
Thara X, Thara Hub |
A qualified application |
Investors |
The conference, the exhibition, the founders’ records |
Thara Capital |
Registered interest, compliant route |
Corporates and government |
Being asked to set a challenge, Inside Thara sessions |
Thara Holding |
A structured partnership enquiry |
Chamber members |
Chamber referral, member communications |
Thara Xperience |
A service enquiry |
International entrants |
Sourcing partners, paid and owned channels abroad |
Thara Xperience, Thara Hub |
A market-entry enquiry |
Students and local founders |
University and community sessions, Foundation programmes |
Thara Foundation |
A programme application |
Media |
The press office, approved facts and image library |
Thara Holding |
An accurate story, and a contact |
Every entry point ends in a tracked action, not a page view. That is what makes qualified application and qualified enquiry measurable rather than estimated.
AUDIENCE BREAKDOWN
Founders first. Everyone else moves them forward.
The ecosystem serves six audiences. The launch leads with one, because their progress is what makes the value of the platform visible.
Founders and SMEs. They answer the challenge, they enter the Residency, and their progress is the proof everything else is measured against.
Investors
A structured source of investable opportunities, local market access, ecosystem intelligence and co-investment potential.
Watch the cohort, invest at the exhibition
Corporates and government
A delivery platform for economic-development objectives with measurable outcomes.
Set the challenges, adopt the solutions
Ajman Chamber and institutions
Services their member businesses can use, reached without navigating six entities.
The shareholder, and the first challenge-setter
Universities and students
A clearer path from education into real business experience.
Placed inside the Residency, progress into Thara X
Partners and talent
A reason to attach to Ajman rather than to a single programme.
Mentors, buyers, service providers, alumni
Priority order is the client’s own, from the scope of work. The role each audience plays in the campaign is ours.
GOVERNANCE
Approval is documented. Silence is not approval.

No work starts without a brief.
Objective, audience, output, owner, evidence, timing, budget and approval route. No brief, no start.
A named senior reviewer checks strategy, facts, Arabic, English, design, rights, technical specification and accessibility before anything is submitted.
We submit a complete, internally consistent package. Comments are consolidated by the nominated client owner, not collected from everywhere.
Every comment answered in a response log. Anything that changes scope, cost, risk or approved strategy is identified as such.
Final version approved in writing, locked, entered into the asset and content register.
Only the approved file is published. Final links, files, costs and evidence recorded.
One integrated plan showing workstream, deliverable, owner, approver, dependency, planned date, forecast and next decision. A decision log. A risk and issue register. A scope and change log. Weekly written reporting through the first sixteen weeks and through launch, monthly after.
